Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on the shipping option you choose and where you are located, deliveries may be possible on Saturdays. Orders placed on RMwraps.com are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Most products at RM wraps are printed on-demand, using information you provide via a form when you add an item to your cart, or in the Additional Notes section in your cart. If we do not receive all of the information needed to properly process your order (subject measurements, verified shipping address, etc), RM wraps will contact you explaining the additional information we need from you. This can delay processing times. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order for any reason, we will contact you via email/text/telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, once it is scanned and in the tracking system of your selected carrier.


Domestic Shipping Options

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS shipping services (customer’s choice). The following shipping options are available domestically:

  • USPS® Priority Mail®

  • USPS® Priority Mail Express® (Overnight)

  • UPS Ground®

  • UPS 3 Day Select®

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®

  • UPS Next Day Air®

USPS Priority packages reach most locations in the US in 1-3 Business Days.

UPS Ground packages reach most locations in 1-5 Business Days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If delivery delays effect your package, they should be reflected on the carrier’s website when you pull up the tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Costs

Due to fluctuating fuel and labor costs, we aren’t able to publish estimated shipping costs here on our Policies page. Exact shipping costs for each option will be calculated for you when you enter a delivery address during the checkout process. You can proceed partially through the checkout process to see your exact shipping cost without completing/placing an order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

RM wraps ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. A USPS shipping option must be chosen for your order to be properly delivered to a P.O. Box. UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. 


International Shipping

RM wraps offers pre-calculated shipping rates to Canada via USPS Priority International Shipping (service provided by GlobalPost). A shipping cost will be displayed for you when you enter a delivery address during the checkout process. You can proceed partially through the checkout process to see your exact shipping cost without formally placing an order.

Shipping to other countries is available and calculated on a case-by-case basis. To place an order for delivery to a country outside of the US that is not Canada, please contact us for a quote. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RM wraps is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages (Printed DIY Wraps)

RM wraps is not liable for any printed products damaged or lost during shipping. RM wraps includes insurance coverage for the full value of the package contents in the cost of shipping charged on our website. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. RM wraps will provide assistance as necessary until the claim is processed by the carrier, then we will process your replacement product. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Damages (Full-Service Products Shipped Via Freight Carrier)

RM wraps includes insurance coverage for the full value of your product (including our wrap vinyl/wrapping service) in your shipping cost. In the event your merchandise arrives damaged, it is important that you note any and all damage to the product and its packaging on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery, as well as document the damage with pictures/video. After signing for the delivery, please contact us to notify us of the damage, and we will work with you in conjunction with the freight carrier for possible repair and/or replacement.

If the packaging is unharmed and damage is discovered to the product after delivery is accepted (“concealed damage”), please do the following:

1. Keep all packaging materials.

2. Document the concealed damage with pictures/video.

3. Notify RM wraps of loss or damage within 5 business days of delivery.

4. DO NOT remove the merchandise from the premises.

Further instructions will come in response from RM wraps. RM wraps will work with you in conjunction with the freight carrier for damage inspection, evaluation, possible repair and/or replacement.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All wrap prints from RM wraps are printed on-demand and customized specifically to the subject you are wrapping. Therefore, wrap prints cannot be returned and/or exchanged. 


Refrigerator Storage (Full-Service Orders)

Since the occurrence of the Covid-19 Pandemic, RM wraps moved our operations to the garage/shop space at the owners home - this has allowed us to keep our costs mostly unchanged even with cost of goods increasing, and shipping greatly increasing on most products we offer. Due to this, we have very limited storage space, and can only operate at full capacity when we can quickly and efficiently complete and ship Full-Service Orders out of our shop.

Starting December 1, 2022, RM wraps will start assessing and charging storage fees on all Full-Service Order products that remain at RM wraps for longer than 2 weeks prior to wrapping, and/or 2 weeks after the wrapping process has been completed on the order. This can occur because we are waiting on your payment of your “Stage 2” invoice (shipping costs), or waiting on you to choose/procure your own pickup/shipping option. The exact cost of storing your product will be determined by the size and quantity of the units being held by RM wraps, and if we currently have room here in our workspace or if we have to procure off-site storage to hold your product. Storage costs will be billed monthly until your product is shipped from our shop. All storage costs must be paid in full prior to your unit(s) being shipped, in addition to your Stage 2 invoice if we have sent you one. If you procure your own pickup/shipping and your product has outstanding storage fees with us, RM wraps reserves the right to refuse pickup of the product by your shipping provider until all past storage fees and Stage invoices are paid in full.
