Measure the width and height of the flat face of the door (do not include the frame or jamb).
Add 1 to 2 inches to both height and width when placing your order.
Why? Having 1 inch of extra vinyl overlap on all four sides ensures complete coverage and allows you to trim clean edges during installation.

Prep the surface: You can use rubbing alcohol and water in a squirt bottle. Or invisible glass cleaner. Lint free towel.

Flat Interior doors: Any of the materials will work

Exterior doors need to be flat and metal. Wood door may have problems in the future.
Specialty Doors: Glass, Smooth Metals you can use any material we sell on the website.

With a wrap from RM wraps, there’s no need to hunt down any fancy tools to install your wrap - the squeegee you need for applying the vinyl and the knife you need to trim the wrap flush are included right along with your prints in the box. The only other materials you’ll need are some kind of cleaning agent (soap and water, isopropyl alcohol, or glass cleaner) and a cleaning cloth.
Installation instructions are included as well - simply scan the QR code engraved on the included squeegee, watch the short video on proper vinyl application, and then click on the link in the description for detailed instructions on the subject you’re wrapping (mini fridge, chest freezer, refrigerator, table, door, etc.)

Every order is custom made to fit any normal size door. Our Wide format printer is 52” wide.
When you place the order, in the note add the measurements of the door.
Sample: 36” wide by 80” high

Long-Term and exterior vinyl: Its best to use a hot blow dryer or a heat gun to soft in the vinyl and the glue. If its been on for years there maybe some glue on the surface. You can use Goof or goo gone.
Removable Photo Tex: just grab a corner and pull down or up. Really easy to remove.

The wraps will last for years on the interior use and 3-5 years on the exterior usage. If it not in the sun it can last longer.

Hardware: Yes, we strongly recommend removing door knobs, deadbolts, handles, kickplates, and peek-hole covers before applying the wrap for a seamless finish.
The Door: You do not need to take the door off its hinges! Most customers install their wraps while the door remains hanging.
Any tape, stickers, bad paint job that has junk sticking out.

Using the Photo Tex material will not damage the surface.
Long term and exterior vinyl may damage the paint on the door.

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild dish soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive scrubbing pads.
We like using invisible glass cleaner and lint free towel.
